In this class we explored some basic theories about wrestling and looked at some examples from various western sources, from modern sport wrestling and sambo to techniques shown by Talhoffer.
Students could expect to hit the ground a lot during this class - nothing too high impact, but were wrestling and it definitely comes with the territory.
No prior knowledge was required since we were working at building a solid base to build off of.
